Who We Are

The Carol Stream Woman’s Club is a philanthropic and social organization dedicated to supporting local nonprofits through both time and financial contributions. We host and participate in events that benefit our chosen charities, all while fostering meaningful friendships among women in Carol Stream and the surrounding areas.

Our History

Founded in 1960, the Carol Stream Woman’s Club has been actively making a difference in the community for over six decades. Today, we are a growing group of 35 members (and counting!), committed to volunteer service, fundraising, and social engagement. Membership is open to any woman interested in giving back while building friendships — residency in Carol Stream is not required.

Meetings

Members gather at 7:00 p.m. on the 3rd Tuesday of each month in the teacher's lounge at Glenbard North High School, 990 Kuhn Rd, Carol Stream. Occasionally, the location may change depending on the evening’s program.

Meetings typically include:

A brief business update and review of ongoing projects, committee updates, and fundraising efforts
A program, which may feature an informative speaker, a fun activity, or a craft project
